Capital Assets

In this session, we will help you build and implement Capital Assets, including: Asset Types, Sections on Asset Records, Fields on Asset Records, Preventive Maintenance and Usage Information, Meter Information, In Service vs. Out of Service, and Bar Code Labels. You will work with one of our expert Implementation Consultants to apply the functions of these tools to your workflow in a way that will accommodate your needs. During this Service Block, the Implementation Consultant will edit list values for all applicable fields, rearrange sections or fields as needed, change access rights and requirements to fields as needed, create custom list view layouts as needed, create up to two (2) meter type on up to twenty (20) Asset Records, and review these changes with you. We can also work with you to import Capita Assets using the MPulse Import Template. To import these, you would have to provide the completed template spreadsheet prior to the scheduled Workshop session.
