Maintenance Task Records

In this session, we will help you build and implement Maintenance Tasks for recurring activities, including: Default Maintenance Tasks, How to create a Maintenance Task, How to link Maintenance Tasks to Scheduled Maintenance Records or Work Order Records, How to create and link Task Checklists, and how to set up Task Qualifications - for MPulse Enterprise only. You will work with one of our expert Implementation Consultants to apply the functions of these tools to your workflow in a way that will accommodate your needs. During this Service Block, the Implementation Consultant will create up to twenty (20) Maintenance Task Records, show you how to replace a Maintenance Task on a Work Order and on a Scheduled Maintenance Record, create up to five (5) Task Checklists, create up to five (5) Qualifications and Levels, add Task Qualifications to up to twenty (20) Maintenance Tasks, and will review the changes made with you. We can also work with you to import Maintenance Tasks using the MPulse Import Template. To import these, you would have to provide the completed template spreadsheet prior to the scheduled Workshop session.
