In this session, we will help you build and implement some of the foundational management tools including: General Settings, Workflow, Basic Customization, Advanced Inventory, and Archiving. You will work with one of our expert Implementation Consultants to apply the functions of these tools to your workflow in a way that will accommodate your needs. During this Service Block, the Implementation Consultant will make changes to the Management Tools based on your needs including enabling or disabling workflow options like timestamps,automatic request conversion, and automatic scheduled maintenance conversion, updating work order priorities, defining time tracking options, changing the language for up to five (5) labels per Record area, and will review the changes with you.
