Work Order Management

In this session, we will help you build and implement meaningful Work Orders including: Initiating Work Orders, Administrating Work Orders, Components of a Work Order, Reviewing Work Orders, Distributing Work Orders, Completing, and Closing Work Orders. You will work with one of our expert Implementation Consultants to apply the functions of these tools to your workflow in a way that will accommodate your needs. During this Service Block, the Implementation Consultant will edit list values for all applicable fields in the Work Order, rearrange sections or fields as needed, change access rights and requirements as needed, walk through adding desired List View Layouts to the Maintenance Advisor Dashboard, create custom List View Layouts as needed, and will review the changes with you. There will also be an exercise included to allow you to practice the established workflow by creating five (5) Work Orders with the Implementation Consultant.
